End User License Agreement

This agreement covers use of the QuickBooks Agent (the "App"), an internal tool built for ATC Mechanical Corp. By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Who may use the App

The App is licensed only to ATC Mechanical Corp and to the people it authorizes to manage its books. It is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else.

2. Permitted use

The App may be used only to manage ATC Mechanical Corp's own QuickBooks Online company. It may not be used with any other QuickBooks company, copied, resold or distributed.

3. Your QuickBooks account

The App acts through Intuit's QuickBooks Online service. Your use of QuickBooks remains subject to Intuit's own terms. You may disconnect the App from QuickBooks at any time.

4. Review and approval

The App proposes changes, and a person must approve each one before it is made in QuickBooks. You are responsible for checking every proposal, including amounts, customers, tax and invoice numbers, before approving it.

5. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. It does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, the developers of the App are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from use of the App.

7. Ending use

This license ends when ATC Mechanical Corp stops using the App or disconnects it from QuickBooks.

8. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
